Because our products are personal care items, we maintain the following policy:

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Soap bars

• Bath products

• Personal skincare products

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

• Damaged

• Incorrect

You must contact us within 5 days of pickup or delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the product and packaging

• Description of the issue

If approved, we may offer:

• Replacement product (if available)

• Store credit

• Refund at our discretion

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier first. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• It will be issued to the original payment method.

• Processing times depend on your financial institution.
