5. Shipping & Risk of Loss: Once your order has been marked “ready for pickup” or shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.

• Incorrect product selection or payment information at checkout

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

6. Returns & Refunds: Due to the personal care nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy.

7. Canceled Orders: Orders that are selected for local pickup must be retrieved by the customer within 30 days of order confirmation.

If checkout information is incorrect, customer must notify us before order is marked “ready for pickup” so we may possibly resolve the issue. Resolution will be attempted but is not guaranteed.

If customer fails to notify Sugar Dolly Soap Company of any conflict with their order pickup timeline, the order will be canceled, and all items will be restocked.

Unclaimed orders past the 30-day window will be eligible for a store credit ONLY minus a 15% restocking fee, rather than a full refund to the original payment method.

Sugar Dolly Soap Company reserves the right to adjust store credit and accept or cancel orders at its discretion.
